Sales are not announced in advance. Though, when they approach, sometimes details are leaked, but usually only for the big ones and people know roughly when those occur anyway.

Only purchase games you feel are worth the price they are when you purchase them. If you think 14.99 is too much, then wait.

You can monitor prices across multiple stores (legitimate stores) using isthereanydeal.com
