Family sharing only games installed showing

Hi i used to be able to see a full list of my friends games now i can only see games i previously installed

Make sure your filter is not set to "Installed".

Also, make sure your friend still has you authorized. If you have games installed on your computer that you don't own, Steam will find them anyway and list them, even if you don't have the ability to play them.

+ You can try to play one of the already installed games; it should allow you to send a request to the lender's e-mail since the computer has been previously authorized.

Sometimes it's a bug and only starts working after (without any actual email sent); other times the lender has to re-authorize via email. And if it says 'Account not found'; then the lender definitely has to re-authorize your computer with their account.

hi thanks yes all i had to do was try and play one of the already shared games and they are all there now thanks :D

I have the same problem but i cant play any of the games on the shared library

Make sure both steam accounts are in "family mode". One way to make sure you are in family mod is you can't go to the steam store while in family mode.

We just tried to play one of the already installed games, it made me allow to send a request but after that steam pop up an error with Steam - error: Owner must login in onto this computer and turn on sharing.

After this step I have only 1 game from friend. Any idea?

Which instructions? Instructions was to log in on my computer and set sharing from here. But it didn't help.

So, he physically came to your residence and logged into his account on your PC?

Not physically but via TeamViewer he logged into his account on my PC.

Trick the system? Wtf dude? What is the difference between come physically here or logged via TeamViewer. He is not only one person which Iam sharing my library and only with him we have this issue. He can see all my games in his library. I can see only 1 in mine.
