ITS BEEN 7 DAYS AND TRADE LOCK STILL NOT LIFTED?!

So i got trade locked for just clearing my history on my internet browser cause i thought there was something wrong with my internet that was denying me from getting my items from cs go lounge. so then i get this retarded 7 day lock, and its been 7 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ days and ive been asking support through tickets for days now and they never respond. ive been a loyal supporter for over 6 years and bought hella games through steam and I get the most negligent service possible. IF THERE IS A ADMIN/STAFF THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT PLAYERS AND THEIR STEAM PROBLEMS PLEASE LIFT THIS TRADE LOCK ITS BEEN 7 DAYS NOW FFS PLEASE!

Are you sure it has been at least 7 days exactly? It has to be at least 168 hours or 10,080 minutes to the second. After that a restart of Steam should be all you need. Also, you shouldn't have trouble trading with the client unless you messed with your steam guard files too.

honestly they should not lock an account for 7 days tahts just dumb especially since it was only due to me just cleaning my cookies on my internet browser? maybe 2 days lock is better? and yes its been 8 days now, i was locked on the 7th of feb now its the 14th. = 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 = 8 days and im still locked out. negligence ima post on every ♥♥♥♥♥♥ forum other there that steam support is the worst and they treat their loyal players like garbage not even bothering to reply to my tickets.

That's not how math works. 14 minus 7 equals 7, not 8. The difference between the 7th and the 8th is one day, 7 to 8, not two days.

You have to wait until the exact time that you started the restriction. If it was 17:00 on Feb 7th, you have to wait until after 17:00 on Feb 14th.

they should then atleast put some kind of reminder on my profile of the exact time my lock gets lifted? once again show some support to the players for the retarded restrictions they place

8-9 day two
9-10 day three
10-11 day four
11-12 day five
12-13 day six
13-14 day seven

So it should be unlocked in no more than 7 hours at the most, depending on the time of day you tried to log in after deleting your cookies. Just periodically restart steam and check.

Next time set exceptions on your browser for Steam cookies so you don't delete them. It's only 7 days, and hell, right now it's only another handful of hours.

It's better just to be smart about your cleaning. Don't delete your Steam cookies, and bam, no problems.

i only cleaned them because i thought it would help me get my cs go lounge items but it screwed me over. I have no other reason to clear my browser history, so mainly csgo lounge is more at fault then steam i guess, but still a reply on my ticket would have been nice rather than ignoring me for a whole week and still no reply even on forums ahah. Thanks guys i feel fellow players are always better than actual staff lol.
