This problem was affecting hotmail users a couple days ago however it was fixed. Now for aol users I suggest contacting support or changing to hotmail.

AOL is known to block and delete emails from steam even when there are no issues. Best thing to do is make a gmail account and transfer over your contact email to gmail. Gmail send the emails out instantly.

You can change the contact info in steam settings/account. Yahoo/aol email i cant recommend at all as they keep deleting steam emails even when there are no issues.

I will try that tomorrow, I'm going to a gaming place with steam on computers, my computer broke so I have to go there until I get my next one. I will keep you up to date on what is happening thank you

I also forgot to mention steam messages have been working for a while and now this is happening. I also stumbled upon steam supports Twitter and they said "Certain email providers are currently blocking mail sent from Steam. We have reached out to rectify the situation." Does that mean something?
