Steam ticket [HELP]
Hello,
I just recently got hacked and lost access to my main account. I am now writing a support ticket, but I really don't understand the system...
On the side when you write a ticket it says: CD Key
What is that, and what do I write there? :S
I have provided proof such as the last 4 digits on my bank card, login username, old password, old email, what I used to pay with (paypal, skrill etc). That should be enough right??
And I see some youtube videos, and it says you have to provide a steam ticket ID. How do I get this?... Im so confused, please help me :(

If you bought a physical copy of a game that you activated on your main account, you can add that CD-Key to the Steam Support Ticket. So that they acn check if the CD-Key matches the one on your account. But if you bought games online through Steam with a creditcard or Paypal account, you have to send that. More info Here
I did buy a game off a site like g 2a, Arma 3, and I did activate it with a CD-key/Game key. Does that count as the same thing??

That should count as a CD-Key

Yes.
Alright. So I put that CD key in and then what? As far as I understood you have to sign it or something :S

Who told you that?

You only need to add a CD-Key that you activated on your hacked account and/or info about a way you purchased games through Steam. There are only 3 things you have to do and write a nice ticket to the Support Team. You can re-check my link I posted earlier of the 3 things you need to add. Nothing more
"If a game was registered to the account using a physical retail CD key, please provide the following with your Support Ticket:
Please write your Support Ticket Number on the quick reference card or CD Key sticker below the code in permanent ink
Attach a digital photo or scan of the CD Key registered to the account
Please create or update your existing Steam Support ticket with this information."
Scan of the cd key = just put the key in?
And "CD Key sticker below the code in permanent ink"? I dont get this step

You can just make a screenshot of the CD-Key, save it as a jpg or something and then attach it to the ticket.

So wait, do I have to put in the column where it says: CD Key and attach it to the ticket? :S

They won't take a digital cd key as proof of ownership.
Tell them that you don't have a physical game copy with a cd key.
Ask them what other informations you can provide.

That is what I thought as well, but these people says otherwise, so idk. My digital CD key only has 3 parts, like: AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC, while a physical retail CD key has 5 parts: CCCCC-DDDDD-EEEEE-FFFFF-GGGGG

I have already provided them with the 4 last digits of my card number, old pass, login username, old email... Shouldn't that be enough? :/

That should be enough info. If they need more info, they will send a message back and ask for them.
