Try to open this In Google Chrome store.steampowered.com/?cc=us
its not a hack link ...
Adding /?cc=Us is switching it to Us = Usa ( you can also do this to Ru Russia to check games thats locked for you or any other country ).
When I click on the 'here' link in the message I always get, it takes me back to my cart and says:
* The store's country has been updated to match your current payment billing location.
Please review the shopping cart which has been converted to 'United States'.
So, when I click continue again I get the same weird message.
Okay so google this
WhatsMyIp it will show you a website that shows your Ip address and the country/state you're currently in, If it shows the real one then the problem is from steam, and i would contact support asap.
if not then something in your pc.
Try to login in a different machine ?
