Can I mod a PS2 game's files on a PC?
If I insert a PS2 game like Star Wars Battlefront 2, It'll let me browse the files, however, i'm not sure how to edit and mod the game. (Example: Change the number of troops on the battlefield at once.)

Any help?

No, besides you wouldn't be able to write new data on the same, licensed disc.

What about a PS2 Memory Card?
Since it has save data on it.

If you have ways to connect a PS2 Memory Card to a PC, then yes. They aren't read only.

PS2 Memory Cards are 8MB only though; highest being like 64MB (custom by 3rd party manufacturers). Don't expect to modify anything else but maybe savegames.
