Unsupported video signal

I have an Hdtv Toshiba 1360 X 768 screen and on EVERY SINGLE game I have (Except Csgo)
It always says Unsupported video signal. This is making me super annoyed sometimes alt+Enter works, but most of the time it doesn't do anything. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Anything helps.

Whenever I try launch options And use the option windowed It always comes up saying some random thing then asks me to either cancel or press ok to resetting to default map.

Map- Just the starting screen of the game. (That I can't see)
