Steam wallet verify funds problem with different currencies
Hello, today I tried to add 10 euro to my wallet and I usually use paypal but for some reason it didn't work so I decieded just to use to bank card instead and it went through though I had to verify my funds. This is the message I get "
Enter the exact amounts of both authorizations:
Contact your financial institution or access your online banking account (if your financial institution provides such a feature), to obtain the amounts of the pending authorizations.
These will be two different random amounts. Do not enter the amounts of your wallet credit purchase. You only have a few attempts to enter the correct amounts."

So i log on my internet bank and see the 2 different steam pending auths but here's my problem, my internet bank is in SEK and my steam wallet is in euro, so I like most just converted the sek number in to euros and entered them in steam but steam says the numbers are wrong. I tried 2 times with 2 different numbers and now I only have 1 try left.

Pls help me fix this problem.

The amount has to be exact. For example, my bank charged me $1.98 USD at 1.257576 — that's an incredibly specific currency exchange rate, and the rate changes constantly. Using an online currency converter won't work. You need to contact your bank and find out what the amount was before any conversion was done. I'm sorry.
