GTA IV: Complete (not complete ??) Can't play The lost and damned and/or TBoGT

I bought this GTA IV: Complete edition, but after finishing the GTA IV story I would like to play the add-ons, but it still says some errors with GFWL :( After I click PLAY it opens GFWL and offers me to download the pack, but when I click Confirm Download an error pops up saying that there was an error with GameForWidows client (Ignore) (Treat the problem) (More Info)
Whatever I click, only getting this microsoft page not helping me much though. I was trying to google this, but no joy.
Jorry for my poor english and my GFWL is in Czech language, so the translation of the error/buttons might be incorrect.
Please help me out. I would like to play what I payed for. Thanks
