Next major steam sale?

I've been wanting to buy games for weeks, but after being burned repeatedly, I pretty much refuse to buy games at full price anymore.

So, my question to you guys is, if you had to guess, when do you think the next steam sale will be-ish? I kinda was looking for a sale around easter, and I either missed it or there wasn't one. Now that we're closing in on summer, do you think there will be a spring sale, or should I just wait for a summer sale?

lol, I noticed. Is letting modders sell their mods really that bad? I've donated to two of my favorites in the past, but... my guess is that it's going to ultimately still be up to the modder if they sell, right? I dunno, I think all the people without much disposable income are the ones upset. I personally wouldn't spend more then $5.00 for a mod though, and I feel that's being modest (for me at least).

Anyway, I hope it will be soon, the sales always happen when I'm broke, or in between checks. It wouldn't be so bad if everything just went on sale at once, letting everyone have a chance to get what they want at the discount price, rather than the games on sale changing daily. I still have yet to get skyrim LE because when it's on sale, I don't have the funds (yes I know it's on sale now, but now I don't want it as bad lol).

Next big sale is going to be the summer sale, last couple of years it tends to start at the end of June, running through til the beginning of July.

Larger Steam sales tend to be the summer one (June/July), a Halloween based one (October), a mini Autumn one (around Thanksgiving and Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and then the Christmas holiday sale (December/January). Last few years, the summer and Christmas holiday sales have included some kind of special event.

meh, I'm just going to wait it out then I guess. I'm so leery of games anymore, I just can't justify dropping full price unless I have friends who are also getting the game. I guess that's about a 2 month wait or so, I can handle it, but I really want a new game lol...

Jeah, its the best thing. And remember, you have to buy DLCs (and mods :) ) afterwards if you find a great game anyway....

lmao, you guys just hate that mod sales thing don't you? I mean, I kinda see the reason behind the hate, but I say we should just let it play out.

Buy all DLC for Payday 2 or any game

People say that...but I have yet to buy a game where I felt like I truly NEEDED the DLC. Then again...I don't play COD or Battlefield.

Next big Steam Sale would be the summer sale. June or July. Probably July.
