Steam market is down?
Is steam market down or is it just . i cant buy anything .

Just chalk it up to typical Steam. This happens a lot, so I don't know why anyone is surprised when Steam goes wonky.

I'm only annoyed because as a paying customer (like 99% of us), I'd like just a little bit of a heads-up, if these are planned outages. Ya' know?

Most of the time the outages/downtime aren't planned, but planned attacks by others, if you know what I mean. But, if it is Steam doing maintenance, then yes, I agree with you, that they should at least give us a heads-up.
