whers the library button
thers nothing roung i just cant find the library button

The library button can be found in the Steam client software.
Download and install it: http://store.steampowered.com/about/
After that, run the software and log into your account.

It's a piece of software, used to manage your games and other features that Steam offers. Download and install it, you can find the link to it in my previous post.

You also need to run the file to install the Steam client.

  1. Let it download its files.
  2. Log in with your login credentials.
  3. Click the Library -button on your Steam client.
  4. Double click the game on your Steam library.

I thought you downloaded the Installer for the Steam client, haven't you opened that file?
