Can level 0's trade items?
After they wait 15 days of having steam guard enabled? Just wondering if you HAVE to buy a cheap 50 cent game to be able to trade on an account.

Also can they use market?

Thankyou that was helpful so I'm taking it as limited accounts can trade then, they just cant use the market. I just need something to store csgo items as one account can't hold more than 1050

Sure, limited accounts can trade, they just can't send a trade request, only receive them.
what do you need to do if you want to send a trade request?

I can send trade requests on my limited account, it's just that there's items I can't trade out from my inventory as a limited user, i.e. trading cards.

You're not even a limited user.

But here,

Right mouse click the user on your Steam friendslist > [Invite to Trade], or go to their profile > [More > Offer a Trade]; should it be on a trading forum, you'd likely find a Trade Offer -button.

I have a problem; I'm trying to trade my level 0 friend some tf2 items (since that's all he has), and I cannot send him the trade. It says "Acronomix is not available to trade. More information will be shown to you when you invite Acronomix to a trade."

So I'd go here on your level 0 account:

Limited accounts cannot trade according to the trading restrictions page. Also, you must have a purchase between 30 and 365 days in the past in order to trade.

Edit: Just realized this was a necro

Last time I checked, while limited users can't use the Market or trade Steam Community Items (cards, gems, backgrounds, coupons) due to item specific cooldowns originating from their limited status: [Not Tradable], they can trade in-game items in certain games.

Anyway, I'm done necroing this. OP should be able to see their restriction in the link above.

So you can't even give level 0 accounts items at all, regardless of the fact that they aren't offering any items of their own?

You can but some of those items will become "not tradeable" in their inventory, like gems for example.
Thats true but if the items are tradeable they can easily trade
