Is it safe to use ASUS Optimal Mode in the UEFI BIOS with my A10-7850K?
My specs are:
ASUS A88X-Pro
16GB RAM @1600MHz
AMD A-10 7850K APU @3.7GHz (4.10 turbo)
EVGA nVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 TI 2GB DDR5
Corsair H60 H20 CPU cooler.

In my UEFI BIOS, there's three options: power save mode, normal mode (currently in use), and ASUS Optimal mode. I've tested the Optimal mode before for about a week with no issues at all. I'm only worried about heat, so I switched it back to normal mod. I used Speed Fan to check my system temps and they were never over 45C (even after hours of gaming). All ASUS optimal mode does is bump my CPU speed up from 3.7GHz to 4.10GHz, and offers better performance. This should be safe, correct? Should I be worried about heat issues, or is it cool?

Download this or any other program you desire to monitor heat on system and HDD. Then go for the optimal mode, I would.
