Game Key Activation via VPN?
Hi, i bought a Serial Key by OnlineKeyStore.com . I did noch see that the Gamekey is a russia Version. I told it to OKS but they told me to install an VPN Client to hide my real IP and activate the "RUS" Version in my Country (Germany).
But i think this is illegal and against the AGB of Steam?! Right?

You are correct. You cannot use a proxy or VPN to bypass region locking.

The use of VPN is a violation of the SSA and will get your account locked.

Also make sure they are in your region. Because there are authorized resellers who may be in regions you are not.

And even authorized resellers don't offer refunds on digital sales. Even if you mistakenly buy a product not available in your region.
