plzz my dota 2 acount GONE... plzz help me... review the log in atemp u see this i,p adress 49.151.55.53 plzz look my trade history.. give me back my acount i dont know how to get my acount,, but im lucky b'coz b'for he finish to hack my item and acount... i see it in my yahoo,,, its succes to change my email... but im already lock my acount..and change password email. plzzz help me... review plzzz... I would remove your account name. You will need to register a support account and open a ticket. Steam will ask for proof of ownership. Provide it, and they will help you get back in to your account.

How were you scammed exactly? You are responsible for your account and trades. Steam can not do anything about that because you have protection through meail verification, and if disabled you are always given a warning that you will not be helped.

If your account is locked, nothing can be traded away or sold. Your items are not going anywhere. It may take up to several weeks for Steam to get your account back.

Steam will give your account back if you can provide proof of ownership:

If Steam needs information aside from what is listed in the above article, they will add a reply to the ticket asking for more information. If you have provided the information in the above link, all you have to do now is wait.

It was good to lock your account. However a screenshot is not the proof Steam is asking for. You can tell them a credit card associated with the account, give them the transaction number for a bank transfer, give them a retail key that was redeemed on the account, or a Steam wallet code you redeemed. This is the information they need.

im sad to read that.. i dont have wallet.. and any DONATE system,, im just trade and bet.. but i have many trade confirmation email.. but the trade of the hacker already delete... the hacker is very smart... but im lucky im online that time..

so i dont have steam wallet.. but i lock my acount?? so can i get my acount or not.. worth 50$ all my item.. HUHUHUHU

If you cannot provide the proof Steam is asking for, you will have to try to explain to Steam and hope they will make an exception. However, I do not believe they will return your account without the proof they have asked for. I am sorry.
