Paysafecard and Changing Currency / Währung von Paysafekarten ändern?

If I'd get a 10 Euro Paysafecard and Put the money on an American (or any other currency) Account, What would happen? Would steam automatically change the Euros into Dollars??? Would it just not work??? Please answer, and thanks in advance.

Wenn ich jetzt eine 10-Euro paysafekarte auf ein Ausländisches steamkonto überweise, Was passiert?
Klappt das Überhaupt, würde steam also die währung umrechnen? Das Problem ist ja, dass 10 Euro auch nicht gleich 10 Dollar sind. Hoffentlich hat hier jemand erfahrung mit so etwas, also schon mal danke Im voraus.
(Wenn ich von einem Deutschen Account aus ein Stemguthaben im wert von 10 Euro überweise müsste das doch gehen, oder?)

I think it's work but don't buy any games, dlcs or more cause If u buy e.g. game what cost 5 euro steam will ''eat'' all of ur money on psc :)

Why? Because it takes fees for changing curency?
