Transferring NBA2K15 game to another PC. How?
I would like to know the proper way of transferring ALL my NBA2k15 files to another PC. I decided to buy a new PC but when I contacted 2K support, they said that it is extremely possible to lose files if I transfer the whole game literally to another PC especially in the MyCareer mode.

Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks in advance!

Copy these:

  1. The application cache file:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\appmanifest_282350.acf

  2. Core game files:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\NBA2k15
  3. Save files are located in here, for you (your user-ID)
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\196560392\282350\remote

Thanks for this. I'll try this ASAP. I'll be back to comment here if it works.

How about just copy the whole NBA folder and place it in the new CPU. Will it work that simply?

I'd recommend copying the .acf file in addition. If you want the saves, they're not stored within the core game installation directory.

There 3 are the ones you need for a complete copy. You might still want to right mouse click the game on your Steam library -> Properties -> <Verify Integrity of Game Cache> on the new device.
