Can't find the game in library!
I bought FM15 few months ago from oneplay.com. I added the cd key and played the game without any problems. However now I cant find this game anywhere in my library. I try to add the cd key again but it says the game is already added to my account but still cant find the game in the library. I go to the store, it says the game is in my library and there is "Play now" button. When I press that button, nothing happens. These are some pictures:

I've sent ticket to the support team but 3 days already and still waiting for their answer. Help me pls!

highlight library with your mouse and pick games from the drop down. does it show up after that?
nothing. All my games are here except FM15.

Are you sure you're on the right Steam -account? Is the account name the same one as on the Steam -client when you viewed that Account -page posted by TastyToast ?

I have only one account. I've played this game in this account before but I don't know why it does not show on my library anymore.

Where did you buy the retail key from, if you don't mind me asking? Was it an authorized reseller?
I bought it from Oneplay.com. I check my mail, i have not received any e-mail from steam saying anything about my FM15 CD key. It just disapears from my library.

Still wating for answer from steam support team ....
steam support will take 2 or 3 weeks probably to get back to you.
I hate waiting. I paid for this game and now I can not play the game for unknown reason.
Wait more than 2 weeks. I have been waiting my hijacked acc for almost 2 months and no reply from steam acc
maybe the game is region locked
But I have played this game before. I am living in New Zealand at the moment, however if they want to take off my game at least they need to tell me a reason.
