Hello, (sorry for my english) yesterday i got a email form

And is my question -> its real mail from Valve or this is scam ? need help and if I have to pay something or something ?<-

That looks legit, as they are not asking you to click a link or open an attached file. Instead they ask you to fill out a form on Steam, again, without providing a link, instead instructions on how to find it.
