Either a NVIDIA Quadro 5000, NVIDIA Quadro 4000, AMD FirePro V7900, AMD FirePro V5900, NVIDIA Quadro 2000, ATI FirePro V4800, NVIDIA Quadro 600, ATI FireMV V2260, NVIDIA Quadro NVS 420, or NVIDIA Quadro NVS 295. I know that it ran Slender: The Eight Pages, which could help a little to which it is.

Also, it ran other games as well.

If you have the computer with you download and run CPU-Z and GPU-Z. They should give you info on cpu, ram and gpu.

I assume that it is a NVIDIA Quadro 6000 or 5000.

It has ran more games on it, like Diner Dash Spongebob Edition

post a cpuz validation link
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
cpuz -> validate button -> submit button
it will open a browser, copy the url (address) and paste it here

quadros are poor for gaming
get a r9 270 and with the xeon it can be a good gaming pc

Is there a reason you are using commercial workstation video cards for gaming?

It's an old computer our family bought. I am using a Mac and was wondering if I could convert it to that.

It's a Dell Precision T3500

But by its self, is it good. I don't want to run something like Watch_Dogs. I just really want to know if it runs the gane I listed. I am not upgrading or degrading anything. I just want to know if any of the games listed.

Hard to tell without the video card. The 600 is a very weak card to play games on. And frankly speaking, none of those video card options were designed for gaming in the first place.

as is, no
the nvs 420 is very weak for games
quadro 4000 is newer, but still on the weaker side for newer games

Could it run TF2 and CS: GO? I don't care about newer games. Just the games I have listed. I am not getting any next generation games.

The CPU is fine, the game you list don't need heavy duty graphics but it will depend on exactly which GPU you have so consider swapping it out for a gaming card.
