How to verify PostePay VISA Credit Card

Hi all,
I'm pretty bored by steam because the market is unavaible for 7 days every time I add founds to my wallet from my linked PostePay (Italian Visa Credit Card).

When I try to verify the card steam says there is an error.

Postepay is the most used Credit Card in Italy.. anyone knows how to verify?

You might want to ask in one of the Italian community groups. But what better answer do you want? Your bank refuses the transaction, do you really think a Steam setting or so could solve that?
