Source engine games freezing

So basically, when playing a source game, it randomly freezes but I can still hear the audio.

8gb ram
intel integrated 4600
i5 3.2ghz 4600

Note: all the games I am playing in windowed mode with no border.

Are you sure it only happens in Source -games and not in other games as well?

Can you right mouse click the game -> Properties -> Local Files -> <Verify Integrity of Game Cache> ?

1. Install DirectX[www.microsoft.com]

I already had that installed, and I don't have any of those antiviruses installed. And yes, it's only in source games, and I have verifired my cache.

have you tried running without the border-less window? just a normal window?
