New PC Build Problems - Any advice would be appreciated!

Case: Cooler Master Storm - Trooper
Motherboard - Gigabyte X99-UD3 Motherboard
CPU - Intel Core i7 5820K
GFX Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 970 Superclocked ACX 2.0 4GB
RAM: Crucial CT4K4G4DFS8213 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4
PSU: CoolerMaster V850 80 Plus Gold 850W Power Supply
HDD: SSD Mounted 64GB (to be used for Win 8 Only
HDD: Seagate Barracudas x 4 3GB
Optical: LG CH12NS30 12X BD-R Blu-Ray DVD Combo Drive
Bay Device: NZXT Aperture M Multimedia Hub


When booting the new build, the following occurs:
Power On
Optical Drive Spins up
All Fans (CPU and Case) spin up
PC Speaker single Beep
Shut Down
(Total time approx 20-24 seconds)
Pattern repeats automatically unless switched off at the PSU.
With monitor plugged in, no signal is received by the monitor prior to auto shut down.

CPU has been tested at store and found to be non-faulty.
PSU successfully powers another Computer
GFX Card works in another Computer
(unable to swap out Ram with other PC's, as they are DDR3)

I have attempted the most basic of configurations, and I have attempted the basic system configuration.
Motherboard 24 pin Power connected
Motherboard 8 pin power connected
1 stick of RAM in allocated slot (determined by motherboard manual - also been tried with all 4 seperately)
CPU cooler connected (thermal paste, screwed down, fans plugged in)
NIL case fans plugged in (i have also tried this with case fans plugged in)
Graphics Card Installed with both power connections to PSU (this has been tried with nil GFX Card as well)
Tried with Optical Drive, and SSD HD connected, and attempted without either connected.
Attempted with Case USB 3 internal connection connected, and dis-connected.


Totally lost - any thoughts on what the issue is?

Tear the machine apart. Do the following on your motherboard box.
Use your powerbrick, a CPU heatsink+fan, 1 stick of ram,your graphics card, your motherboard and 1 display. Try booting up. Take note of error messages. Search google for the error messages.
