Steam support question
I have been hijacked on 10 Feb and yesterday Steam support gaved me this message:

Hello Rapan,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

We apologize for the delay.

In order to investigate this issue, we must verify your ownership of the software and associated Steam Account(s).

If you purchased software through Steam with a credit card, please reply to this message with the card type (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), full name, and last four digits of the card used with the order(s).

If you purchased software through Steam through PayPal, please provide the PayPal account holder billing information (name and address) and the PayPal Invoice ID. The Invoice ID will be 16-18 digits long and comprised of only numbers. It may be listed as the Order Description Number.

If you registered software purchased at a retail location, please handwrite your Support Ticket Number ### directly on the quick reference card or sticker above the CD Key (the number should not be written on a separate piece of paper or inserted with an image editor) and reply with a digital photo or scan of the CD Key in .jpg format. Please ensure that you submit a full-color image, rather than a photocopy.

If you have any difficulty locating the CD Key on the packaging, please see the following link:
URL: http://support.steam...=7480-WUSF-3601

Example scans:

After verifying your proof of ownership we will gladly assist you with this issue.

1.I have not use any visa, mastercard, discover, american express to add money to steam, only PaySafeCard
2.I have not linked my Paypal
3.I have not bought any games from the retailer store in real life to have a cd key in my hand.

I am pretty desperate right now, how can i prove i am the owner of my account....:/

PaySafe Card is adequate; given you haven't thrown the card away.
If a purchase was made through Steam using a PaySafeCard, please provide the following with your Support Ticket:
  1. Navigate to https://www.paysafecard.com/en-gb/check-balance/
  2. Enter your PaySafeCard PIN-code and numerical code.
  3. Click on "Details" below your PaySafeCard credit and find your purchase with Global Collect BV
  4. Click on the amount to open the details for the transaction
  5. Attach a screenshot of the payment details, including the Transaction ID to your Steam Support Ticket
Please create or update your existing Steam Support ticket with this information PaySafe Card -image

If you don't have proof, Steam Support will still ask you questions that only you should be able to answer to.
