There's no real point in someone who's not a victim to report someone who did nothing to them.
Such reports will come off as baseless reports and a mass amount will only make an individual, legit report look worse.

Also, there's no way to say if the said person is the hijacker; or a victim's account the said hijacker is using to spread the message, therefore I'd advice against naming and shaming, not only is it not allowed.

Report the profile yourself and move on.

Because anyone can say anything about another person, without solid proof it kinda becomes meaningless and baseless, spammed reports also will look bad.

There's no telling when the actual owner of the account is behind the said person's posts.

I do appreciate the gesture of wanting to warn other people though; but it's usually better left at the method, rather than who supposedly committed it.

Thats not other people hacking you. Thats you allowing them to use your computer remotely.
(Clean it)

It has nothing to do with a legit programs name, it has to do with
following scammer commands.

Yes. If you install software from untrustworthy sources, it might turn out to be a virus and do what bad things that you did not expect. Duh.

Don't take candy from strangers. Or software that they say you need.

Yup if you will install one just google the software name and go to the official site and do not click on any links in the chat
