Bought Arma 3 with ideal payment, Money got withdrawn by steam but did not recieve Arma 3

Hello,

3 Days ago I bought Arma 3 on Steam application and paid for the game with iDeal payment.
The money was transfered immediately but I did not recieve Arma 3 in my library and when I go to Arma 3 page I can still buy and does not show up as in it is in my Library.
I have already made a ticket about this but did not recieve any reply rather than the automated mail you recieve after submitting a ticket.

it`s been 3 days now, I haven`t heard anything from Steam support and I am rathered pissed off by now, They got my money but they are too slow to respond to my ticket...

So does anyone know what else I can do or should I be playing teh waiting game?

as a side note, I called my bank the same day I did the payment and they told me that the money is transfered, Problem with iDeal is once you have paid something with it and somethign goes wrong then The buyer and the merchant need to solve the issue and the bank won`t be helping out with it, So basically I cant pull back my money and have to wait for steam.

This really feels liek stealing imo, I pay for something but do not recieve teh product.

anyways if someone can help me out with this issue I would really appreciate it.

nope says failed, Does this mean my money just dissapeard somewhere in Steam`s money chest?

Failed means the funds will be returned within 3 to 5 days and you can try again.

For iDeal payments too? cause I have used iDeal alot for otehr gaming platforms and whenever somethign goes wrong I need to contact the seller

For any payment processor, that includes iDeal.

well then this sucks, those 3 to 5 days ,are they workdays or does it include weekends too?
Oh and do they transfer the money to my bank account or my steam wallet?

Probably back into your bank account as the money is stuck with your payment processor, and not with steam.

well that is teh case cause I have recieved teh information on which account my money is, it`s not on hold if it was on hold I would have recieved a message from my bank ( they always notify me if something is on hold within 24 hours ). So steam has my money on there bank account. And as I said before, I called my bank and they told me that the money has been recieved by the seller...

iDeal has your money, they will put it back in your bank. Just because you believe steam has you money doesnt make it true.

It has nothing to do with believing when you call teh bank and they give you the bank account number of steam and that my money has been transfered to that account via global collect...

all I want to make certain is if the money is going to be transfered back to my account or to my wallet because if it will get back to my account I will just buy Arma again but if that money gets transfered to my wallet I will wait for it.
