Deleting redistributable packages with TikiOne Steam Cleaner - safe on unplayed games?
Basically, I came across this program today - http://steamcleaner.tikione.org/en/ - which basically deletes redistributable packages in Steam installs. I thought it was odd that everything included a DX setup on first time use then never seemed to delete them.

What I'm wondering, is it safe to do this on games you have installed, but not actually started? I.E. should I only have this apply to games that I HAVE done first time setup on before?

Are you in a jam for HDD space?

Yeah, kind of. I have plenty of space 'overall' but I'm relatively running out of space on the two drives I have dedicated for games, C/ is my normal stuff, E/ (about 3% left at 14GB, so coming close to full and leaving some space for patches) and F/ (more than half full) are games, and D/ is backups and the like.

Of course, I will get to uninstalling stuff when they really 'are' full, but I'm really not fond of wasted space while simultaneously fond of having things installed so I can play with no fuss.

Yeah, I get that. I would manually browse your game folders. For instance, I have a few games that have an SDK folder or 15 different language versions of the manual. You could easily free up a few gigs in less than 15 mins.
