Retrieving Items (DOTA 2)
Is it possible to retrieve your hacked items? I was recently hacked last December 14, 2014. I don't know this person and he is not even in my friend's list. Is it possible that Valve can retrieve my items?

It is unlikely that you will receive your items back. You need to submit a support ticket and they will do what they can.

Also you cannot call out members on the forum, so please remove the link to the user's profile.

Why did it take you three months to report this? The only way to have a chance at getting your items back would be by contacting Steam Support.

I've been waiting for months. I've already submitted a ticket that day and I haven't noticed or received any action from the Valve.
