So before, i said i have accepted an extra copy of CS:GO that i gofted this account from an old account. At that time i had never bought anything thus making me unable to trade. Many have tole me that by buying something i would be able to play my game, CS:GO. I have done that, i added a credit card, and bought a .99 cent game, but every time i try to add CS:GO to my library from my inventory, it still says "Failure" Steam is really starting to make me mad. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS.

Ecatly, it was sent through email, and in my email i redemmed it, it said tehre was an error and it went to my inventory, from there when i tried to add it to library, it said failure, then i bought a game with a credit card (My fathers) and it still will not let me add it to my inventory.

no, its not that i cant trade it, i have it in my inventory after accepting the gift, which i sent to THIS account through email, but when i go to my inventory to add the game to my library, it says "Failure"

After redeming the gift wouldnt work i used falily saring to see if that would work, but that didnt, and that is why you see it on both accounts. i am only logged on to one account, i switch between accounts on one pc

I have just deauthorized this account to use CS:GO

And i have tried to add to library from a different computer in browser.

Nothing as worked. I Submitted a ticket, if i post the link can you see it?

My biggest issue is waiting FOR SOMEONE to help me. Do you have anything to contribute? or just here to tell me that starting other threads to get help when the other ones dont get help is wrong?

I can't quite discern what you have going on there as I see GO on both accounts and your description is.... somewhat lacking. You'll have to take this up with support.

But thats the thing, they dont. this account has it because i use family sharing to allow this account to use it, but it was not letting me connect to any games, so i deactivated this account from family sharing. Is there a way to delete csgo from my account and then redeem it? or am i just going to have to make a NEW steam account, AND BUY ANOTHER GAMAE TO I CAN USE THE GAME I BOUGHT.
