Magicka Won't Regen in Skyrim
I've been having this issue for a while now. I have no idea what's causing it though. Whenever I boot up a save, my Magicka is always at zero and doesn't regenerate. This isn't a save game issue either, because it happens whenever I start a new game. My magicka immediately drains down to nothingness. This isn't a mod conflict issue either (or at least as far as I know). Any thoughts?

You should post in the Skyrim forum. But it sounds like a mod is touching something it shouldn't.

Have you tried drinking any potions/wine to see what happens?

And yes, try posting this in the Skyrim forum.

after I uninstalled the epic gameplay overhaul for skyrim TWICE, it worked
