I Tryed to buy a game but it said unexpexted issue. Purchances failed. Anyone eles have this problem or know what the issue is?

well it might be your connection or try to refresh steam.
mabey evan the system requirments

The games I was trying to get were Banished and Medevil enginere. They dont seem to be too hard to run. I did refresh steam. should I restart my computer?

It probably is the requirements. For the whole 14 games I bought here, this never happened to me...
