How to proceed refund gift

Hi, i received GTA V as gift from my uncle, i have acess to my account and his account, and for both emails from him and mine. How i do? I made an ticket but idk how much time will take for i get an answer.
Ill use the money for other steam game, i want the refund in my steam wallet.

Contact steam support here but you cant refund an accepted gift.

yes, but, my uncle is here with me, for we do this process, if it need his account of steam and or mine, we have both here!!!!!!!

Doesn't change the fact that a gift that has been sent and accepted cannot be refunded anymore.

hmm, thx guys, i already entered in the support steam and maked an ticket, but idk how much time for get an aswer. About they do not do refunds, in the support say that:

Can I refund pre-orders that I gifted or traded?

No, once a pre-order has left your account it cannot be refunded from your account page.
What if I was gifted the pre-order, can I refund it?

No, since you did not purchase the product you will be unable to refund it. The purchaser will need to contact Steam Support to request a refund.

SO HE (OR ME IN HIS ACCOUNT) COULD DO THAT, right?

Dude you have no chance at a refund.

Look at why.

I buy a 4 pack of whatever game (for the price of 3 games usually).
1 is for me. I gift the rest to friends.
Friends all do what you are trying to and get refunds for the gifts.
Now between me and my freinds we have got 1 game for nothing at all.
Repeat process for another game each, and so on, etc.

You will not get a refund or cash or wallet funds for a game gifted to you.
