Failed to create D3D Device CS:GO

So I was playing around with my resolution and when I selected one my screen just went black. So after closing the game I opened it again and got two black flashes and the game didn't start. I got an error message saying that the D3D Device had been failed to be created. So obviously this problem occurred because I selected a bad resolution and I would like to know how to fix it. I already tried uninstalling and re installing. My drivers are up to date and I already tried using dxlevel 90 in launch options.
