Report a translation problem
You may have to resort to the older screenshots.vdf though; at least if you want the non-Steam screenshots to show up as they're automatically generated codes at the bottom of the file.
New screenshots.vdf would just assign a new code for those and it would show up as an incompatibility considering the folders are named differently than the code assigned to the game in the new screenshots.vdf -file.
The ones with APP-IDs should be visible in your screenshots.vdf without further tweaking; and just planting the folders in your
(Your user-ID is 94275365)
You can try; if all else fails, you might have to copypaste some of its content from the old to the new and re-apply the #.

Those should be found at the very bottom of the screenshots.vdf with the bigger (randomly generated) number sequences. The screenshot strings themselves are similar to the former; but this is found at the bottom:

A new non-Steam app-ID folder was created underC:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<user-ID>\760\remote
Yup, it's also found in the Store -address.
