Support is a que system; it can take; hours, days, weeks.
Please be patient. Do not re-submit a ticket update for this issue until u hear back from Steam Support. As that could lengthen this process further.
But you should contact support reguarding this matter.
No, because you haven't given very much information on your issue.
The thing is, Steam uses a "que" system; meaning that whenever someone opens up a ticket, they enter the bottom of the que. They "get in line", so to speak. However long it is seems to vary; it can be as quick as a few hours to as long as a month or more. It all varies from person to person. If you've already submitted a ticket, then the only thing you can do now is to wait. However, like Bad-Mutha said, re-submitting a ticket is not reccomended, because it will force you to wait even longer. Think of re-submitting a ticket as leaving the "line", then returning and ending up in the back once again.
As for the message saying you need to wait until 2038 to access your account, that's probably just a glitch with the text. Other people have reported experiencing similar issues.
