Malewarebytes was good when registered, how is the actual verson?
I personally use Avast Internet Security 2015 + Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware + common sense.
I could go with a free version of Avast too; but I got it on a deal.
so lots of you are saying Malewarebytes too?
Do you know what exactly it does?
Unfortunately only the Pro version includes a boot time scan.
I see so while Avast taking care of Virus the other takes care of the rest (like that)
I tried the Pro and bought it.
Seems i missed some freatures when looking for Anti-Virus.
Never thought about Maleware as a big security alarm with Avast lol.
How do you guys prevend Malwarebytes blocking Steam when "Block Bad website" is turned on? i need to turn off. even when Stem and other parts of it are set as "ignore" it blocks steam complete..
EDIT:
better say it just hangs and its process wont be able to run smooth or run anyway. it just hangs complete
Add this
I personally go with Malwarebytes' free version.
I just set off, Avast will still handle since i got there a Web guard too
EDIT#1:
I set Domains to Ignore
http://store.akamai.steamstatic.com/
http://store.steampowered.com/
hope it wont block anymore hehe
thank you i hope it will work out B)
you should consider to use a two way firewall.
That way something that wasnt detected could at least not phone home.
It is not recommended to run more than one guard at the same time, btw.
im curious about getting infos about this.
