Report a translation problem
It is good that it does that. It does that to alert you a program changed. It does this in case /you/ didn't mean to change Steam.
Imagine, instead, a virus infected your computer and /it/ updates Steam with "infected Steam". Without a firewall, your computer will keep on allowing this contaiminated program to access to internet, potentially transmitting all sorts of things to who knows where.
Anyway... if you don't like it get rid of a software firewall. Or see if you can go into your Zone Alarm settings and tell it to ignore Steam, even if it's taken over by hostile programs.
It blocked 2 days ago steam and then after a while and an update stop blocking it.
But with the new version of steam it did it again!
I put the ZA anti virus off but it kept blocking steam so I had to desinstall ZA.
Now I use Microsoft anti virus...
In fact the "steam.exe" simply disappear from its folder!
