High ping to valve servers [sgp-1.valve.net]

Since two days ago my ping to valve's SE Asia Server 1 sgp-1.valve.net was around 300 ms. Games like Dota 2 and CS:GO was totally unplayable. I tried to ping sgp-1.valve.net and i was getting a constant ping ranging from 250 - 400ms with 0% packet lost while sgp-2.valve.net was only at the range of 5 - 60ms. I even tried to ping the Australian server and got constant of ping 109ms which was lower than my regional server.

It was the same through out the computers in my Local network, while my friends were not facing any issues. I already contact my ISP, they say they will look into the issue but my ISP is famous for slow responses.

Anyone help please? :/

I have the same problem here. I don't know where it comes. Everytime I play in SE Asia, i got lag all the time, about 1 s delay. When I'm become a host to party got lag too. But when my teammates become host ,its all good. So that's the solution 'till now I writing this, I have to be invited by my friend.

same goes with me bro. when i checked my ping on singapore server 1 it shows a series of high pings but when i checked the 2nd server of singapore which is sgp-2 it has smooth ping on it running from 50-60ms. i have a good internet connection and yet i faced this kind of problem. can someone help us.
