U can't even run more basic Source games on such a poor system.
Hate to say; but for games, it's time for a new machine.

FYI, the Motherboard Chipset is NVIDIA nForce 430
the Onboard GPU is Geforce 6150SE

But seriously, nothing really DX/OGL will run on that.
It's very old system. Not even worth upgrading.
Best left used for your basic internet/multimedia tasks. Maybe flash games perhaps.

Organ Trail: Director's Cut

Terraria

Both of those seem to be within your system specs, and are similar in theme to what you listed.

Building a new PC is super easy, everything snaps into place & has a manual. All the parts come with warranty and if you follow one of my builds to the letter it should be just like big-kid lego. I understand how it can be confusing to try and pick all your own parts all at once with no experience. I've done that for you here though so you just need to assemble.

Try these builds on for a budget PC:

A8-7600 good basic PC build, needs a graphics upgrade later to R7 260X or better but it has integrated graphics that can run most games at some level or another for now.

FX 6300 & R9 270X build for gaming

Even if you can only afford the cheapest one it would be a huge improvement.

Note: these builds are "tower only" and keyboard, mouse, monitor or copy of Windows you require will cost you extra & you have to add it in yourself. You can probably re-use your current copy of Windows & Linux / Steam OS (BETA) is free.

Also for games try Morrowind: GotY edition.
