You linked directly to your E-mail? (Email inbox is supposed to be private)

Just click on your account name (Top right in steam) and choose 'account details'.
If not listed, check your email if the receipt is from Steam/Valve. If that's the case, contact support (Link)

Edit:

There's also another possible scenario, setting the library to only show 'installed/favorite' games. Make sure you select 'Library>Games(Amount) to show all the games you own.
