How to send someone a game via email

Hey, how do you send someone a game through a email? like a game you have had a while or its a gift in your inventory. Can someone help? Thanks

You cannot send a game that's already in your library. If you have an inventory gift, there is an option to send via email when you click on "Send gift". You can also send a game as a gift via email at the point of purchase in the store.

u go to your inventory - then pick "steam" - > "gifts" then click on the gift u want to send to someone.
in the right corner there are 3 options pick "send gift" and 2 options should appear " send gift directly through steam" and "send gift by email"

You cant, not anymore. But you can send a gift directly during checkout.
