how do i make a group?
i really dont know how
plus how do i make chats?
like group chats
i want to invite people in them

Well it's quite easy, you just open up a chat with one of the people you want a group chat with and then press the arrow on the right and press ''invite to chat'' and then you get a list of people you can pick (:

I don't think there is any other way to do it? and what do you mean with public chats?

If you meant chatrooms in public groups then you just go to that groups page and press join chatroom.

no i meen you can unlock a chat and people join
