CS GO - Skin Failed to Pubish - Error 16

For the past 40 minutes I've been unable to publish a weapon skin for CS GO. Every time I try it says 'Failed to publish: Error 16'. Before that time I was publishing no problem but I've tried probably 20+ times now and it always errors.

Is everyone else having the same issue or is it just me? is it a problem with the Valve server?

I don't know why but my list of published files is always failing to load as well, it says it timed out.

I was getting the same error when publishing from the in game workshop before todays CS GO update but someone told me to use the CS GO SDK to publish the weapon skin, which I did and it worked fine from the SDK. Unfortunately the publishing tools in the SDK have been removed in todays update, I know because I was using them yesterday and today they have gone.

So I tried again in the in game workshop and the publishing was working fine, so I thought okay fine so long as I can publish stuff. That was until about 50 minutes ago when I started getting the error 16 again. I can't use the SDK publishing tool now either, so no way to publish right now.

I'm also getting Error 10 but mostly Error 16.

This is annoying. Other people can obviously still publish as new items are still being added to the workshop.

I take it help around here is slow in arriving? Don't the staff monitor these threads?

Wooooah! Hold the phone, the item just went through. I'll see what happens now with the next one.

[EDIT: The next one has just published as well. So seems to be working again now. Looks like a server issue? Shame nobody here couldn't just have let me know that though. :-\ ]

This is ridiculous, still constant errors and trying to report this via support is an exercise in futility. :-(

Customer Service here is appalingly bad.

Just wondering, but does anyone know if there is a limit to how many skins you can upload per hour or something? I've got a load of skins all prepared ready to publish and so I'm trying to publish them all, but maybe you can only publish 2 or 3 an hour or something? If that is why I'm getting the errors then Steam needs to let us know that there is a limit and they need to make their error messages more meaningful.
