Report a translation problem
So all i can suggest is that you turn down the graphic settings on Skyrim even more, if you aren't already playing on the lowest graphic setting, and see if that works.
Perhaps even disabling the official "high resolution" texture pack if you're trying to use that.

high 1366x768 17.4 fps
Make sure it is set to use thededicated gpu too.
That Radeon 2GB HD 8670M is the integrated. Try to update the driver, might be the case that it uses a generic one. Is not some strong laptop, the CPU is rather weak too, but still I supposted it should have at least 30FPS on 1080p unless he doesnt uses some Ultra HD textures mod.
