Purchase (as a gift) was never recieved
I have confirmation that I bought Shogun 2 (as a gift to send later) however it does not appear in my inventory. I am also unable to find where to contact steam support for this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Try putting a random inventory item up for sale on the community market. After it has successfully posted, remove it from the market. this should force your inventory to refresh and your game gift may refresh up as well. Let me know if this works.

Awesome. Glad it was an easy fix. There have been around a dozen posts a week with the same problem/solution since slightly before the summer sale, I don;t know what is taking them so long to implement a fix.
