Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam
Tried everything gone through support many times and still cannot get Vietnam to work. Tried enter the key every which way and it still does not accept it. Steam support takes a long time to get back to you and have been no help. Been frustrated many times and I purchased the game several years ago and have yet to have been able to play the Vietnam version.

Where is the key from?
Do you own Bad Company 2 on Steam or on Origin?
If your BC2 is on Origin, then a Vietnam key wouldn't work on Steam. As that is a DLC for BC2, which u would then need the Steam version in order to have Vietnam DLC on Steam.

And do u own Bad Company 2 on Steam already? That is a requirement for Vietnam to work. As that is a MP DLC.

If u have BC2 on Origin, and then buy Vietnam on Steam, it won't work.

OLD Thread: So what has Steam Support said about this?
BC2: Vietnam is Online MP Only so you have to load up BC2 first.
Also once a game is already installed via Steam and you buy DLC content later; you should go into the game properties in Library > DLC and tick the box to install your newly purchased DLC content for said game. Then once u click OK out of all that, the DLC should auto-download. If not then Verify Game Cache.
