Paysafecard Failed !!! Lösung steht hier :)

Joar allso leute ihr müsst bei Paysafe nach dem ihr auf geladen habt noch mal auf aufladen drücken da kommt ne Meldung ,ob sie einverstanden sind das sie das Geld überwiesen habt der Letzten paysafe ,da drückt ihr auf ja und fortsetzen dann kommt das Geld (hatt bei mir geklappt )

when do we get the money back i wanted to buy garrys mod but they are saying wait when we complete your payment we will send you a email so i waited like 2hours and still i got nothing but there stays that i buyed the game and when there stays install the game i click on install the game and then they are saying you cant install it becaus you need to wait when the purshace is succesfully or something can someone help me and i dont have my money back and i payed with a PaySafeCard someone pls help me thx!

HELP PLEASE PAYSAFECARD DAYZ !!! SLOVAK/CZECH

Hi. Sorry for my English.

Today i bought a PaySafecard. I want DayZ and i have paysafecard (25€) I clicked at game and i bought this game for my self. Normally send my at PSC website and i write my 16 latters pin code. So.. After my game was at queue.. I said WTF is this ? After i click at install.. After i read a text that game Your purchase is still beging processed.. I read at one forum that game will be activated after 1 hour. I waited 3 hour and after my game was deleted.. So i go again bought this game and if i clicked a payment i use paysafecard and after showed me a orange text:

Warning: Your recent transaction with us is still pending! Did you complete payment with your payment service provider? We're not sure yet, and we're waiting to receive an answer from them.

My game is not in my Library.. I don´t know what i will do :(( SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH..

Dnes som si kúpil paysafecard. Chcel som DayZ a mal som 25€. Klikol som na hru a kúpil som si ju pre mňa. Normálne ma to poslalo na PSC webstránku a napísal som 16 miestny pin cod. Zrazu moja hra bola v nejakom queue. Som sa čudoval, že WTF ? Klikol som na inštaláciu hry a v tom mi vybehla tabuľka, že platba nebola dokončená atď.. Na jednom fóre som čítal, že mu to prebehlo až za hodinu. Ja som ale čakal 3 hodiny a nič. Zrazu som zistil, že moja hra sa už nenachádza v library/knižnici. Tak som si povedal, že si ju skúsim kúpiť ešte raz. Ale keď som vyberal možnosť pkatby tak mi vybehla oranžová tabuľka s nápisom:

Pozor: Vaše předchozí transakce nebyla dokončena! Opravdu jste platbu dokončili? Nejsme si jisti a stále čekáme na odpověď od Vašeho poskytovatele platební služby.

Pokud budete pokračovat a nakoupíte tyto položky znovu, může se stát, že je zaplatíte dvakrát.

I tried to buy Dark Souls 2 DLC Crown of the Ivory King via Paysafe card but it was not possible because Steam store said transaction pending. But after 20 minutes they refunded the 10 euros back to paysafe and then I tried again but I have one more time the same message that transaction pending for over 30 minutes now.
