Where is the reload button beside steam url bar?
Bring back the reload button ASAP

Ya it's gone, i'd like it back as well. For now, right click on a blank part of the page and pick "reload" from the menu that pops up (it's third option from the top). i know it's not really an acceptable compromise, but for now that's your best bet.
